Lobs and Stories on Briefs Social

Two ways to share quick moments on Briefs Social: Lobs for short videos people scroll through, and Stories for things you only want up for a day.

Lobs

Lobs are short videos. Open Lobs to scroll through them one at a time, with sound that you can switch on or off. To post one, add a video when you create a post. You can also find videos on Explore.

Stories

A Story is a photo or a video that disappears after 24 hours. Your Story is called Your Brief and sits at the top of the home page, next to the Stories of the people you follow. Tap one to watch, and tap through to the next. A video longer than 60 seconds can be trimmed to the part you want to post.

Who sees what

People who follow you or are your friends see your Stories. You can delete your own Story at any time.

Live

People who are live right now show up in the Stories row with a red ring, so you can jump straight into their live. More about live video.
